I work at the intersection of business, design and delivery: taking an ambiguous problem all the way to a shipped, validated outcome. Conversion, task completion and retention are the closing argument; not how any single touchpoint looks in isolation.
The work I trust is boring on the surface and exact underneath. A flow that drops a step. A form that loads faster. A handoff that stops losing information between teams. A dashboard that says one true thing instead of six approximate ones. The decisions behind it are testable, not stylistic.
